What is the job about? — Cashman Photo is the largest privately held multimedia company in the country. With operations in almost every major hotel, we are the premier photography and cinematography provider in Las Vegas.

What are the requirements in order to get inside the job? — We are currently seeking appropriate individuals to join our souvenir photography team in many of our Las Vegas Strip entertainment and fine dining photo operations. We currently have openings in most of the strip hotel locations. (Doesn’t state any requirements)

What would you need to do to get the job? — You will be dealing with a lot of customers every day–therefore, we need employees who have an outgoing personality and have great interpersonal skills. Sales are part of the job–we need people who are driven and engaging. You will be working in world-class venues–we need employees who have professional demeanor and appearance. You will also interact with high-profile guests–we need individuals who possess poise and presence. Work is fast-paced, and you will need to learn a lot on the job–we need someone who has the self-confidence and ability to maintain composure in order to perform. What are the requirements in order to get inside the job? — Lighting experience in a studio setting. Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Videography / Adobe Premier experience a plus. Must have photography experience and working portfolio. Must be at least 18 years old. Fluency in both written and spoken English.

What would you need to do to get the job? — Photograph products for both brands. Determine appropriate composition based on project. Prop styling when necessary. Edit photos including resizing, retouching product, color correcting, straightening, cropping, and background removal in a timely manner. Prepare product images and upload to website. Organize and manager product image raws and edits. Work with Content Team to ensure consistency in image quality and aesthetic. Manage website catalogue and ensure all product pages are up to date. Assist Content Team with pre and post-production as needed.

What is the job about? — Three Boudoir is looking for a creative, experienced and shoot stylist and photographer to work in multiple locations. We are an all-female photography team that loves to provide an incredible boudoir photography experience for our clients. What are the requirements in order to get inside the job? — Ability to style shoots in a creative, forward-thinking way. Up to date with the latest trends, fashions, hair, and makeup styles. A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail. Proficient use of computers and other technology. Strong foundational styling techniques. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to give instruction and direction to clients. Must have reliable transportation to various shoot locations within your city market. This position does NOT require the photographer to perform any editing. A portfolio of work that we can check out!

What would you need to do to get the job? — Use your expertise and skill to capture professional, high-quality images. Create a fantastic environment that makes clients feel comfortable and ready for a boudoir-style shoot. Bring your own unique style and ideas for posing to the shoot, as well as incorporate some of the traditional poses from the photography company style guide. Quickly and seamlessly adapt to changes in weather, lighting, and location, as well as the needs of each individual client. Coordinate every shoot so they go off without a hitch from start to finish, including mapping out shoot times, keeping everyone on task and on schedule, communicating any changes with the photographer and clients, and reviewing outfits with the client and photographer. Assist the photographer in making sure there’s nothing out of place such as hair, lipstick on teeth, bra straps, and more. This role is all about the details. Be a supportive member to your team members and show a passion for thriving in a team environment. Collaborate with your team member to guide the client through posing in the most flattering ways so she feels confident, amazing, and empowered. Create a fun, upbeat, and professional shoot experience that helps clients feel comfortable and ready for their boudoir session. Conduct a shoot wrap-up session with the client, advising them about what products are available to them to purchase after their boudoir photoshoot. Ensure shoot sets, styling props, and shoot areas are kept well maintained and tidy.

What is the job about? — The Concept Shop Creative Designer works closely with Concept Shop team and internal partners to support the organizational Brand & Sales efforts through the creation of collateral aimed at organic sales growth through visual in-store marketing per unique brand marketing guidelines. The Concept Shop Designer creates store design concepts using 2D and 3D visuals for client presentations that will communicate a vision of in-store brand marketing through environmental signage, fixture and store displays for shop-in-shops in key customer doors and specialty retail venues.

What are the requirements in order to get inside the job? — Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/similar degrees. 3-5 years of graphic design or retail design experience required. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software applications: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with 3D modeling software, Sketchup preferred. Excellent knowledge of basic design principles. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

What would you need to do to get the job? — Ability to maintain respective design standards for Champion, Under Armour, Gear for Sports, Comfort Wash and Alternative Apparel per brand guidelines and marketing directives, store design standards and photography usage, in addition to licensed or customer partner style guides. Create branded POP, in-store marketing displays, and retail design layouts intended to elevate our brands within a branded shop-in-shop environment. Create 2D drawings of floorplans, display specs, and elevation design plans for shop-in-shop concept. Create 3D renderings and/or visual mockups of design plans for client presentation. Work with internal department Admin/Coordinators day-to-day, developing an effective and cohesive working relationship, and collaborating from design concept through to production for installation. Create final art files for print/signage vendors, in addition to visual tools for special projects assigned by Marketing Manager, such as brand/sales presentation support, or visual specs for vendor partners. Stays current on design styles, mediums, trends, and techniques used within retail, as they pertain to Collegiate Bookstore, Specialty Retail, Stadium, and Golf activations. Occasional travel may be necessary for final shop design installation, or the initial site survey which includes measurements, photo documentation, and collaborative discussion with our sales rep/customer partners on-site. Travel may be in conjunction w/ Manager, CS Coordinators or Brand / Sales team members. Direct, assist, move and position store fixtures, signage & merchandise during Concept Shop installation. Log and track all expenses linked to travel.

This position will work closely with the social media, paid media and channel teams to create unexpected design solutions from concept through completion based on supplied strategic and creative input. What are the requirements in order to get inside the job? — Creates graphic content (social graphics/templates, blog headers, infographics, stop motion videos, GIFs, display ads, banners, etc.) for use across digital and social media channels. Works with social media, paid media, channel and creative teams to concept and complete assigned projects and campaigns. Prepares files to specifications to ensure a seamless launch on digital platforms. Stays up to date on current trends in social and paid media design best practices and specifications and brings forward new ideas for content or campaigns across channels. Maintains internal and off-site digital file backups for in-progress jobs; uploads completed project files to agency Digital Asset Management archive system. Notifies designated purchasing personnel or creative director when hardware/software requires updating or servicing.

What would you need to do to get the job? — Understanding of major social and paid media platforms, including best practices and specifications for platform-specific content. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, GIPHY, Google Display, native ads). Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources, such as creative or project briefs, personas, brand guidelines and platform documentation, in order to deliver creative, optimized and user-centric designs. Maintains high skill levels in software programs required to perform assigned job functions (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Facebook Creative Hub, Bannersnack, and other industry software); takes training in the use of new design and illustration software as the agency requires. Ability to guide & match ad creative/copy with the intent of the target audience in buyer’s journey. Photography experience is a plus.
